Cold warehouses
Warehouses, including cold storages, are necessary stage of food distribution from manufacturer to customer. Needed conditions for food are provided with maintenance of given temperature range. There are two types of cold storages – low-temperature and medium temperature.
Constructively cold warehouse storages are consists of basement, frame, cladding structures, roof and floor.
Hard requirements to heat insulation and sealing storage cladding and necessity to automatize refrigerating
machinery makes cold warehouses storages completely different from common warehouses.

Basement can be pile-type, girder foundation, columnar-lined, etc. It depends on construction site.
Frame is rigid type, with columns and beams of steel double-T girder with parallel faces, cold-formed steel channel bays, system of connections and braces of steel angle bars. Frame is delivered as a set and is erected at site.
PUR sandwich panels thickness from 75mm to 175mm with zinc-coated steel faces in protect film.
Floors in cold storages are with ventilated or electroheated crawl space.
Zinc-coated or zinc-coated and painted steel.
Sliding gates with hand or automatic gear.
Single or double swing doors.
Placed at enclosed loading ramp or in ante-room. Complex of equipment includes: dock-leveller , sectional and rapid gates and other equipment needed for cargo handling.
