Sandwich panels Heat insulation of PUR wall sandwich-panels: PUR made of “BASF”(Germany) technology 45kg/m3, coefficient of heat conductivity 0,22W/m*K. PUR (foamed polyurethane) – is tough, non-melting thermosetting plastic with cell structure, that is made by foaming of polyol and isocyanate. It have neutral odour, not injured by rot or fungus, high solvent resistance, acids and alkaloids, ecologial safe. PUR made of “BASF”(Germany) technology 45kg/m3, coefficient of heat conductivity 0,22W/m*K Lined faces made of zinc-coated or zinc-coated painted steel sheet 0,55-0,8mm thickness in erection protection film. External face of roof panels – sheet profiles C44 0,7mm thickness 
Panel joints “tonguing and grooving ” type. As sealants elastic heat insulating ropes are used. Close and uniform junction is achieved by usage of embedded eccentric locks. Different types of binding and alignment of panels are used: bindings without “thermal bridge” with thread-cutting screw or bindings without “thermal bridge” with bolts and embedded details
